Orlando firm ThreatLocker scores $115M in funding

Orlando-based ThreatLocker Inc. closed a $115 million series D funding round, as announced during an April 24 press conference at the company’s headquarters at 1950 Summit Park Dr. in Maitland. CEO Denny Jenkins said the company will add 500 to 700 jobs over the next two years — mostly in Orlando.

Meanwhile, General Atlantic — also the dominant series C investor — led the latest round with additional investments coming from global private markets firm StepStone Group LP and hedge fund D. E. Shaw & Co. LP. All three firms are based in New York City.
