Details on new Crooked Can Brewing Co. food hall
Crooked Can Brewing Co. — which will expand into Minneola, as reported by Orlando Business Journal in 2023 — is ready to interview vendors for the food hall it has planned there, and will start interviews this summer, said Managing Partner Alan Delahunt.
The brewery's Winter Garden location is the busiest taproom in the state of Florida. So says the Craft Brewers Association, which recently recognized the brewery, also reporting it’s the fourth busiest in the 11 Southern states and the 17th busiest overall in the nation.
The expansion into Minneola where a 42,950-square-foot project is in the works is a must, said Delahunt.
"We're not able to keep up with demand for our beer,” he said. "So, we need to scale up."
