High-tech installation to give students competitive advantage
Full Sail University in Winter Park has introduced a cutting-edge Dolby Atmos-enabled classroom, relevant for students across several programs, including recording arts, music production and audio production.
This new facility is among the largest Dolby Atmos installations on any university campus nationwide.
Brandon Egerton, education director of audio arts at Full Sail, emphasized the importance of this hands-on experience for students. "Our students leave here with the skills needed to navigate this growing field. Having Dolby Atmos on their résumé makes them more competitive in the job market, especially as studios and artists alike look to embrace immersive sound formats."
