It has been only five years since Orlando entrepreneur Cherice Williams founded Blaq Luxury Hair, but her company has made $10 million in revenue in that time, and in the past year, she has seen 80% year-over-year revenue growth.
In 2023, Blaq Luxury Hair brought in about $4 million.
Williams said the main reason products like hers are seeing impressive growth is the rising popularity of natural and organic hair products. "People are paying more attention to what's in their beauty products and are looking for brands that use high-quality ingredients."
