Former Skyplex site on I-Drive put on market
Skyplex Ownership LLC is offering the land it purchased for an entertainment plaza concept for sale or lease.
But the company is not listing it with a price. Instead, it is accepting bids on the land with proposals for what potential developers might do with it.
"The most important criterion is the highest investment offer," said Josh Wallack, a principal with Skyplex Ownership. "Potential bidders will be pre-qualified to ensure they have the financial capacity to close the deal at the proposed price point. The property is land with minimal existing income, so buyers will need to demonstrate the ability to pay cash or secure a substantial ground lease before obtaining financing for their specific project."
