Charcuterie franchise Graze Craze opens in Lake County

The 55th location of Graze Craze charcuterie franchise has opened in Lake County.

The new Tavares shop, which is the first in Central Florida, is owned by Becki Layne and her son Tyson Ray, and opened Nov. 9 at 4133 County Road 561 in Southridge Shoppes. Layne said she hopes to expand to Mount Dora soon. 

Graze Craze Tavares is open for pick-up, catering and free local delivery Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sundays and Mondays by appointment only. The shop is not designed for eat-in service.
