40-ounce beef tomahawks and artisanal cocktails at new Orlando restaurant

A fine-dining concept will open Oct. 23 on the second floor of Mango’s Tropical Café at 8126 International Drive. 

Corazón by Baires is poised to cater to locals and tourists, said Joshua Wallack, COO of Wallack Holdings, which owns Mango’s Tropical Café. Corazón by Baires is a joint venture between Wallack Holdings and Baires Holdings. 

The Argentinian steakhouse chain Baires Grill is a Miami-based company with eight restaurants — seven in Florida and one in New York. A second restaurant will open in New York by the end of the year. The Corazón concept is a first for the brand.  

International Drive Resort Area Chamber of Commerce President Maria Triscari said she sees the restaurant as part of I-Drive's transformation
