Corazón by Baires is poised to cater to locals and tourists, said Joshua Wallack, COO of Wallack Holdings, which owns Mango’s Tropical Café. Corazón by Baires is a joint venture between Wallack Holdings and Baires Holdings.
The Argentinian steakhouse chain Baires Grill is a Miami-based company with eight restaurants — seven in Florida and one in New York. A second restaurant will open in New York by the end of the year. The Corazón concept is a first for the brand.
International Drive Resort Area Chamber of Commerce President Maria Triscari said she sees the restaurant as part of I-Drive's transformation.
