Tivid Technologies' fresh take on content distribution lands investor

Metro Orlando's Tivid Technologies, an alternative to major film and TV streaming services that touts itself as "the future of movie rental," has landed a new partnership with Techrupt Innovations.

Founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife Chris and McKenzy Bowers, Tivid Technologies is the pioneer behind Tivid TV, a streaming platform for independent filmmakers and content creators that lets them keep 100% of their royalties.

The platform allows creators and businesses alike to profit from projects without having to reach unattainable goals for distributor payouts. It is available for download in Google Play, Apple Store and Roku TV.
