How Orlando eateries court lovers with Valentine's Day specials

General Manager Chino Zeno of Estefan Kitchen at 3269 Margaritaville Blvd. in Kissimmee said his restaurant sees a 5% bump thanks to Valentine’s Day specials.

What do patrons respond to most? “Immersive experiences,” he said. 

That’s why his team developed the Valentine’s Chef Experience, which includes a bar demonstration and “make your own mojito” lesson, a chef demonstration and of course, live entertainment, which is always on the menu there. 

“Everyone goes out on Valentine’s Day — it’s a date night holiday, and they are looking for something unique that isn’t offered all the time. We want to maximize the guest experience while simultaneously increasing revenue,” said Zeno.
