Bull & Bear transforms décor, updates menu

When the redesign of the Waldorf Astoria Orlando was unveiled in December, every corner had a new look.

Not to be outshined, the on-site fine-dining restaurant Bull & Bear rolled out new interiors as well as an updated menu. According to Delaget, a St. Louis Park, Minnesota-based operational strategies consulting firm, restaurants often boost revenue from 15% to 40% after a renovation.

Reviewing the restaurant on Yelp on Dec. 28, Melissa M. of Clarence Center, New York said she liked the renovations. “The colors and decor make it much more modern and inviting,” she wrote.
