Orlando-based Lime Fresh Mexican Grill revamps menu with pork from 4Rivers
A year ago, Patrick Fore contemplated a refresh for Lime Fresh Mexican Grill and pondered the options.
“We can't change the service model. We can't change the locations. But we can change the menu,” he remembers thinking. “It's what the brand deserves, because let's be honest, it's been 20 years. It's time to do something new.”
Fore became CEO of EverFresh Endeavors, an Orlando-based franchisor of Lime restaurants, in November 2022 after serving as the company’s vice president of business development. Lime's two Orlando locations are corporate owned and serve as “innovation centers” for the company, which has 11 franchise locations in South Florida.
