Terralina Crafted Italian hires new executive chef

Disney Springs restaurant Terralina Crafted Italian — which sits between Paddlefish and The Boathouse — has announced the promotion of a new executive chef. 

Chef Claudio Daggio’s culinary interests stem from the multicultural kitchens of his Italian-Mexican family. Born in Mexico City, he relocated with his family to Orlando in September 2000. He studied at the Mid-Florida Campus Culinary Program, which is part of Orange Technical College. 

Daggio’s cooking style is all about bringing modern methodologies to the Mediterranean and Latin influences he's rooted in. Daggio has a few changes in store, which should help take advantage of the uptick in traffic the restaurant has seen, which largely comes from the 80% of guests who are tourists.
