The Avenue Viera attracts three more high-end retailers
Upgrades made to a Brevard County shopping plaza may be paying off, as new tenants with cachet are signing leases.
A Dec. 21 news release announced the addition of Sur La Table, Lilly Pulitzer and Skin Laundry to The Avenue Viera. The Avenue Viera is located in a master-planned community in the central coastal region of Brevard County adjacent to Melbourne.
Sur La Table, a retail store for cooking enthusiasts, has made a comeback since filing for bankruptcy in 2020. Now the chain is expanding its footprint having announced a growth strategy in early 2023.
The Lilly Pulitzer brand — owned by Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE: OXM) — is known for colorful resort wear — and sometimes matching outfits for women and children — with stores typically sited in affluent communities.
Skin Laundry in Viera will be its first in Florida. The facial and skin care franchise launched in Santa Monica, California, in 2013 and has since spread like wildfire across seven states and five countries.
