Gatlin Hall Brewing in Conway to be rebranded, relaunched
When Eric Crotty learned Kevin O'Donnell and Mike Brady had listed Gatlin Hall Brewing for sale, he took more of an interest than most — likely because he’s the one who built the brewery to begin with.
“I had worked with the owners back in 2020,” Crotty said. “After an initial period of growth and excitement in the community about the concept — which was a brewery and food hall in one — business began to taper down.”
After a potential buyer came forward and fell through, Crotty approached the owners with the idea of a partnership and rebranding the business.
