Orlando court upholds rapper 50 Cent's award in legal dispute
Rapper Curtis Jackson III, widely known as 50 Cent, has triumphed in a legal dispute with Melbourne-based Parker Brothers Concepts Inc., securing a $195,000 arbitration award that Orange County's Ninth Judicial Circuit has upheld.
The victory comes after a protracted court battle involving custom vehicles, shifting legal strategies and an arbitration process the defendants initially demanded but later challenged.
Jackson is represented by Michael Whitt of Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP. Parker Brothers' attorney is Andrew Propst of Legal Solutions Law Firm LLC.
